Certified Home Specialists Realty (formally Century 21 Home Specialists) was founded in 1993.  Certified Home Specialists Realty is located in West Baltimore County and is one of the few wholly Female-African-American owned real estate companies in Maryland.  The owners of Certified Home Specialists Realty are Nancy E. Ware, GRI, CRS, Broker of Record and Arlene C.
